Cat Lodging
We've Got the Cats Covered. Here's some helpful answers to common questions:
Medications; Of Course! We have trained staff that can administer your pets medications during their stay. Most medications are administered at no extra charge, a $2.50/dose fee applies some. Please call with questions or to discuss additional needs your cat may have.
Bedding and Toys; We've got those! Guests receive fresh fleece bedding each day plus we have an array of safe and enriching toys for our individual play sessions. We ask that you please leave beds, blankets and toys at home where they can safely await your pet’s return.
Bringing Your Own Food; We Encourage It! We offer two complimentary meals at 8am and 5pm of various Iams formulas. Additional meals can also be scheduled, or sign up to try our afternoon house treat! If you prefer bringing your pet’s food from home just package the food in a zip top bag and label it with your pet’s first and last name. We also accept perishables and wet foods.
Pampered Paws: We offer squeaky clean cat baths through both our boarding and grooming departments. You can treat your cat to a spa day with our professional groomers or sign up to receive a Whisker Wash cat bath from our handlers. Just call prior to your pet's stay (916)428-9213 for a grooming appointment or send an appointment request online.
Special Needs Pets; No Problem!Sometimes pets are perfectly healthy, they just need a little extra attention. We uniquely offer Special Care to Special Needs pets, prices are based on the magnitude of supplementary care required which varies from pet to pet. Please prearrange all special accommodations by calling The Pet Inn at (916) 428-9213.

Roommates; More Than Happy to Accommodate! Our feline guests can share two adjoining rooms, but additional discounts do not apply. For feline room rate details, check out our Cat Package Rates.
Room Amenities: Our cat condos are located in a dog free zone, opposite canine boarding. Here, cats get to relax and enjoy their living space accompanied by constant human interaction. Each room is fit with a perching shelf, food and water bowls, a littler box for private business and a cozy cat bed. Check-In and Check-Out:We're open from 7am-7pm, seven days a week (No pick-up and drop-offs on major holidays). Early check-out is at 1pm, after which 1/2 day charges apply.
When feline guests come for a visit please always transport them in a carrier, which will be returned to you shortly after they settle into their new room. As for everything else, we’ve got you covered!
Upon departure you'll receive a report card with updates about your pet’s stay and a chance to speak directly with a handler. For daily updates while you’re away, check out our E-updates.
