We've Got the Dogs Covered.
Here's some helpful answers to common questions:
Medications; Of Course! We have trained staff that can administer your pets medications during the hours of 7am - 10pm. A $2.50/dose fee applies to most medication types. Please call us to discuss additional needs your dog may have.
Bedding and Toys; We've got those! Guests receive fresh fleece bedding each day plus we have an array of safe and enriching toys for our individual play sessions. We ask that you please leave beds, blankets and toys at home where they can safely await your pet’s return.
Bringing Your Own Food; We Encourage It! We offer two complimentary meals at 7am and 6pm of various Iams and Eukanuba formulas. Additional meals can also be scheduled, or sign up to try our afternoon house treat! If you prefer bringing your pet’s food from home just package the food in a zip top bag and label it with your pet’s first and last name. We also accept perishables and wet foods.
Pampered Paws: After a good time, dogs tend to be covered in the evidence of their fun. Canine guests receive a complimentary bath after their seventh consecutive day of boarding. For those shorter stays you may also make an appointment with one of our on-site groomers so you can greet your furry companion with open arms!
Special Needs Pets; No Problem! Sometimes pets are perfectly healthy, they just need a little extra attention. We uniquely offer Special Care to Special Needs pets, prices are based on the magnitude of supplementary care required which varies from pet to pet. Please prearrange all special accommodations by calling The Pet Inn at (916) 428-9213.

Roommates; More Than Happy to Accommodate! Boarding’s even better with a buddy! Friendly pooches that live under the same roof may, of course, lodge together. The sharing guest receives 10% off their package rates, however this does not include additional A La Carte services.
Room Amenities: Our facility is primarily comprised of indoor/outdoor rooms that provide security and shelter to guests, while still giving them free access to the outdoor air. Small breed dogs, twelve pounds and under, stay in rooms much more fitting to their needs… Their rooms are entirely indoors and handlers are assigned to give each dog three complimentary outdoor breaks per day. Check-In and Check-Out: On arrival day you and your pup can head straight to the boarding check-in counter, leave us with some quick information, a kiss for the pooch and be on your way. But for the most expedient check-in process you should first fill out our boarding forms and bring them with you to your pet's first check-in. Please alow an extra 15 minutes for first time drop-offs if these forms are not pre-filled out.

We are open 7am-7pm, seven days a week (closed during major holidays for pick-up and drop-off). Early check-out is at 1pm, afterwhich half day charges apply.
