Meet Our Staff
The TEAM at The Pet Inn promises that our main concern is your beloved pet. All staff go through our rigorous classroom and hands-on training program upon hiring, which includes animal safety, individual and group behavior training and much, much more. We also require continuing education for staff that work as "handlers" (your pet's playmate and caretaker). We encourage staff to get PCSA certified and trained. This training is an accreditation through the Pet Care Services Association, a nationally recognized program that regulates the standards for boarding facilities just like ours.
The Pet Inn TEAM works to continuously understand and meet your needs and expectations as well as understand your pet's simple pleasures. With our 24 hour staff we always have someone here to take care of those special needs.
We are the Friends your pet can count on!
Jason Roberson “I give 100% good loving everyday.”A jack of all Trades! Jason has worked in the animal care industry for just about three years now. He is one of our PCSA certified Pet Care Technicians, helping us to care for our guests as well as maintain the facility and our spirits! The favorite part of Jason’s day is seeing regular boarders return for a visit, giving him a chance to reinforce their bond. Jason can always be seen sneaking a quick scratch behind the ear of any guest, new or old.
Pamela Gentile “Your pet family, is our new family.”When asked what drew Pamela to The Pet Inn she replied, “The atmosphere! I enjoy the people I work with and the clients I meet, but mostly our new friends… the pets”. Pamela is a PCSA certified Pet Care Technician. She is always pleased to meet new guests, even the frisky felines and incorrigible canines. With about three years experience in the pet care industry, she has learned great handing skills and perfected her attention to detail. Pamela’s favorite part of her job is taking care of not just the guests, but their owners too.
Amanda Schath “Manners don't fly out the window just because you've gone away, but the fun begins the second you do!"Joining the team in winter of 2008 is Amanda, our Client Service Coordinator. With about nine years in both the exotic and domestic animal care industries, she brings a fresh new spin to The Inn with loads of added experience. In addition she is a PCSA certified Pet Care Technician. Never afraid to meet a challenge and always excited to try new concepts, Amanda looks forward to the growth and friendships that our young facility will gain in the coming years. Amanda says the best part of her day is the chance to educate employees and pet parents, together discovering where fun meets a pet’s physical and mental needs.
Newest to the TEAM are Michelle, Christine, Jessica, KP and Leia. Look forward to their bios, as they look forward to meeting you and your pets!
