Arrival and Departure Policies

Dogs

We strive to make our check in procedures quick and easy. On arrival day you and your pup can head straight to the check-in counter, leave us with some quick information, a kiss for the pooch and be on your way. To make this process even smoother please fill out the lodging forms, found on our Reservation Request page, and bring them with you to your pet’s first check-in. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for first time drop-offs if these forms are not pre-filled out. As for everything else; we’ve got you covered!

We are open 7am-7pm, seven days a week (closed during major holidays for pick-up and drop-off). Check-out is between the hours of 7am-1pm, after which late charges apply.

Upon departure you’ll receive a report card with updates about your pet’s stay. For daily updates while you’re away, ask about our e-updates.

Cats

When feline guests come for a visit please always transport them in a carrier, which will be returned to you shortly after they settle into their new room. As for everything else, we’ve got you covered!
